			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever heard the term &#8216;Stress is the number one killer&#8217;? While that may not be true, it is a fast way to turn a happy life into one of misery, and from there a great deal of things can go wrong. You can lose sleep, be less productive in your job, ruin relationships, and your health can greatly suffer. One of the best things you can do for yourself is to relax.</p>
<p>A good way to do that is to take some time to do something only for yourself. This should be alone, with no productive motivation. Don&#8217;t do anything for work, for your family, for your friends, only yourself. This could be anything you enjoy, from settling down with a good book, to taking a hot bath, or going on a long hike.</p>
<p>Try to do this once a day, either the same thing, or different things. No matter what, try to make sure you get at least a half an hour to yourself, every day, without interruptions. Take some time for yourself, calm down, reduce stress, and start to see the changes it will have in your life, and especially in your health.</p>
